Welcome to Casa Orleans Cozumel Mexico

Casa Orleans is a newly remodeled, inside & out, 2700 sq. foot multi-level home situated on nearly 1/3 of an acre of land located just 15 short minutes from the main town of San Miguel.

Casa Orleans features 3 full sized bedrooms, 2 with king beds & one with a full bed. In addition, there are two full bathrooms, each with a hairdryer. We have also included two irons & ironing boards for you use. All the rooms have an individual air conditioning system for your control and comfort.

You also will have a full kitchen, including a stove with an oven, refrigerator, a complete set of pots & pans, blender, for your margaritas, 2 coffee pots, toaster as well as dishes, glasses and most anything, you would need to feel right at home. We also have installed an ice marker, 35lbs per day, which uses a separate tank of fresh and purified water.

Inside you will find four televisions, all connected to satellite so you can enjoy your favorite television programs while you relax in Casa Orleans. All the televisions have DVD players connected to them as well. In addition, you will find 3 CD players through out the house. One is a five disk CD player hooked up to an outdoor Bose speaker system so you may enjoy your favorite music while relaxing around the fresh water swimming pool, with it’s own waterfall, or while you just sit in the gazebo next to the pool. The gazebo, which has a large table, six chairs and a ceiling fan, is a great place to “take a break” from the Cozumel weather, watch the kids in the pool or just enjoy the day and plan your next day’s outings. ON the third floor is a great sundeck area.

This is the perfect place to end the day and watch the sun set over the Caribbean Sea.

If you next day’s outing’s include a visit to the beach you are in luck. Just a few short minutes walk away from Casa Orleans is the world famous “Carlos N Charlie’s” beach club. This beach club, along with San Francisco Beach Club and Paradise Beach Club, are opened daily for all your water sports. They all have a full bar and serve a wonderful lunch. You can rent jet ski’s, go para-sailing or just enjoy the wonderful weather on a beautiful beach until it is time to move on to your next adventure.

If you are a scuba diver or have always wanted to learn, again you are in luck. We have made special arrangements with Tres Hermanos, cozumelfishing.com, for all you diving and fishing needs. Being located south of San Miguel, we are just minutes away from some of the world’s premium dive sites. We have also arranged to pick our guests up at a local dock located just minutes from Casa Orleans. This way you do not have to go back into town and take the long boat trip, past your house, to get to the dive sites. Casa Orleans also features a complete outside rinse tank as well as an outdoor shower.
